Terms and Conditions of Use of the Digital Channel

Hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” its purpose is to provide detailed information about the tourist services offered. The company is not responsible for interruptions in the normal course of the package due to force majeure beyond our control, such as climatic, political, social, or other problems. Use of this digital channel implies full and unreserved acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

1. Use of the website and digital channels

Users have free access to the published information content, which includes descriptions of tourist services, destinations, reference rates, contact details, and other resources of interest. The site does not require user registration or collect personal data through forms.

2. Communications and reservations

Enquiries or reservations can be made through the contact methods provided on the website (email, WhatsApp, social media, telephone, etc.). Confirmation of any service will be subject to availability and will only be validated through direct communication between the customer and the Company.

3. Payment policies

Payment for tourist services is made directly only, either by deposit, bank transfer, or other means agreed upon with the customer. The website does not process online payments or request financial information.

The customer will be informed in advance of the total amount to be paid, the available payment methods, and the corresponding deadlines.

4. Cancellation policies

The customer may cancel a previously booked service by notifying us by phone or WhatsApp at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date. The Company will charge 35% of the prepayment made for management and administrative costs.

NOTE: Once the reservation for Machu Picchu has been made, there is no option for changes or refunds due to the new regulations decreed by the Ministry of Culture.

In case of a change in the date of train tickets, a 30% penalty will be added, subject to availability.

5. Refund policies

Refunds will be made in accordance with the following conditions:

• Cancellations made within the permitted period may receive a refund.

• Cancellations outside the established period, or due to unjustified absences, will not be eligible for a refund.

• In the event of cancellations due to force majeure (medical emergencies, natural disasters, etc.), the Company will evaluate each case individually.

Refunds will be made using the same method used for payment or as agreed with the customer.

6. Service modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify schedules, itineraries, or service conditions when there are justified reasons, informing the customer in advance and offering alternatives or refunds if applicable.

7. Terms Update

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modifications will take effect as soon as they are published on the digital channel.
